The Prentiss Creek Estates HOA uses a
Nextdoor neighborhood,
an online social media network which provides a way to communicate
with your neighbors. You will need to create an account there (see
below) to view any of the links below.
Nextdoor posts can be marked to be only accessible by members of our Prentiss Creek Estates Nextdoor neighborhood, or you can include a wider list of nearby neighborhood groups as well. Some local agencies such as the village, county, school and sanitary districts are able to post messages through Nextdoor, but they can only read replies to their own posts.
Pose a question to your neighbors (you can choose if you want
to receive messages individually or by daily email, or just go read
them on the website).
The old Nextdoor Events page used for HOA Events and making
Clubhouse bookings is being replaced with a new Teamup.com-based
calendar for the 2022 season. Ask a board member if you haven't
received the link to access it, we can't publish that link here.
Find your neighbors using the
Neighborbood directory. Please
fill out your own profile and consider allowing your neighbors to
find and message you in your
privacy settings.
We have previously used Nextdoor's
Documents area to publish HOA documents such as meeting
minutes, but that is also being hidden by them so while that link
still works in a browser it doesn't from their phone apps, and we
will be looking for an alternate in the future.
You can join by visiting
this invitation link. Nextdoor verifies your address to ensure
that only actual residents can join. Once you have a Nextdoor
account, make sure to join the group called
PCEHOA Forum for all
HOs
.
If you need help or have any other questions about using Nextdoor,
email Andrew Johnson.
